  • * Electricity Connection, Water Supply / Water Tax Assessment, Under Ground Drainage deposits, Urban Land Tax Assessment / Property Tax Assessment, Service Tax / Sales Tax wherever applicable, Other Statutory Taxes / Levies, Corpus fund / Sinking fund etc will be charged extra as per actuals prior to taking possession of the flat.

General Terms

  • Reserved car park charged extra.
  • All payments should be made by crossed Demand drafts/ Cheque payable at Coimbatore drawn in favor of “ Elysium Properties™ ”.
  • Payments received beyond 15 days after the due date will attract interest at 2% per month from the due date.
  • Price validity at any time for Apartment & Car park is subject to our confirmation and saleable areas include share of common areas.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to add, modify or alter any of the above conditions / plans.
