Any additional government taxes or charges levied by the authorities will be charged as per actual.
Payments received beyond 15 days after the due date will attract interest at 2% per month from the due date.
Price validity at any time for Villa is subject to our confirmation and saleable areas include share of common areas.

The Developer reserves the right to add, modify or alter any of the above conditions / plans.
The Developer reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever.
